WELCOME TO
A SILENT SPOT
This space was born from a simple belief, that within every pause lies an opportunity to listen, discover and reconnect. A space for quiet exploration, to slow down and notice the obvious and the unseen.
Whether you're here out of curiosity, seeking stillness or simply looking for a moment to be, I hope you find something meaningful in the spaces around and within you.
— Cheryl Beh, Founder & Creator
a silent spot is an experiential
space that invites you to slow down, sense deeply and discover the spaces around and within you.

THE EXPERIENCE
Guided by sensing, curiosity and gentle awareness, the experience unfolds organically, creating room for reflection, insight and self-connection. It is a space to listen differently, notice more deeply and uncover what often lies beneath the surface of everyday life.

If you are seeking a moment to explore, discover or simply breathe, the 60-minute solo experience begins with an invitation to notice where you are before embarking on a sensory journey designed to bring you into the present moment.

When the journey concludes, reflection tools are available should you wish to continue your exploration. If you prefer to simply be, you are welcome to rest and spend time in the space in whatever way feels right for you.

IN THEIR WORDS
“It was a voice guided meditative experience, which was a much needed reset for my body and mind. It helped to bring my mind and attention to my senses, which I feel is often neglected when life gets busy. It helped me to check in with myself physically, just to feel the sensations my body was feeling in the present. A Silent Spot gave me the space to just be.”
– Gaby
“A physical shift was most obvious. I was experiencing an eye twitch, after the audio guide ended I realised it wasn’t twitching at all during the session. Step mentally and spiritually away from Singapore for an hour, without having to fly out of the country.”
